The grumpy expression and tiny picket sign are perfect, but the real star is how detailed his little workshop outfit is. He's been sitting on my desk for a week and still makes me laugh every time I glance over. Definitely the best conversation starter I've added to my shelf this year.

The little strike sign is what sold me, but the scowl on his face is genuinely hilarious in person. He’s got way more personality than I expected for a three-inch figure, and he's already the best thing on my desk at work.

The strike sign in his hand is such a clever detail, and the grumpy scowl actually looks like he's plotting a walkout. I put him on my desk next to my keyboard, and every time I glance over, I laugh at how seriously he’s taking elf labor disputes.
