Learn how to size and display the 7.5-inch Elphaba Phunny Plush from Kidrobot. Tips for Wicked fans to show off this collectible.
Quick answer
Display your Elphaba Phunny Plush on a shelf or desk where her green skin and black hat stand out. Keep her away from direct sunlight to prevent fading.
Why size matters for display
At 7.5 inches tall, the Elphaba Phunny Plush fits neatly on most shelves, desks, or nightstands. This size is taller than a standard keychain plush but compact enough to group with other Phunny figures. If you plan to display her alongside other Wicked collectibles, check their heights to avoid a mismatched look.
Trade-off: soft material vs. long-term display
The plush is made from soft materials that are pleasant to touch but can collect dust over time. Unlike hard vinyl figures, this plush may need occasional gentle cleaning. Avoid placing it in high-traffic areas where it might get knocked over or dirty.
Steps to display your Elphaba Phunny Plush
- Choose a stable, visible spot: Place the plush on a flat surface where it won't be easily bumped. A shelf at eye level or a desk corner works well. Avoid high-traffic edges where it could fall.
- Keep away from direct sunlight: Sunlight can fade the green fabric and black details over time. Choose a spot with indirect light. Rotate the display position every few months to ensure even aging.
- Dust gently with a soft cloth: Use a dry microfiber cloth to wipe the plush weekly. For deeper cleaning, spot-clean with a damp cloth and air dry. Do not machine wash or submerge the plush.
- Pair with other Phunny or Wicked items: Group her with other Phunny plush figures or Wicked memorabilia to create a themed display. Check heights to keep the arrangement balanced. Leave a few inches of space between items so each one stands out.
