PRIDE Stache Labbit 5-Pack: Collector's Buying Guide

Quick Answer

The PRIDE Stache Labbit Art Toy 5-Pack is a vibrant, limited-themed addition to any Labbit collection, offering five rainbow-colored mustached figures in one window box—ideal for PRIDE month celebrations or as a thoughtful gift.

Why the PRIDE Stache Labbit 5-Pack Stands Out

This set celebrates PRIDE with five mini Labbits, each featuring the iconic mustache and the signature Labbit shape that Kidrobot fans recognize instantly. The rainbow colorway is a bold nod to LGBTQ+ pride, making it a meaningful collectible beyond its playful design.

Packaged in a PRIDE window box, the set is designed to be displayed right out of the box. The window box lets you show off the figures without opening them, which is a perk for collectors who prefer to keep items in mint condition.

Collecting Value: What to Consider

While the PRIDE Stache Labbit 5-Pack is not a limited edition in the traditional sense, its themed design and seasonal relevance can make it a sought-after item among collectors who focus on specific series or colorways. If you're building a themed collection, this set adds a pop of color and a positive message.

However, if you're looking for long-term investment potential, it's worth noting that the set is currently priced at USD 12.39 (compared to USD 19.99), which is accessible for most collectors. The value here lies more in the joy of collecting and gifting than in potential resale appreciation.

Trade-Offs: Display vs. Gifting

One of the main trade-offs is whether to keep the set sealed for display or open it to enjoy the individual figures. The window box allows for display while sealed, but if you want to handle the Labbits or arrange them separately, you'll need to open the box—which can affect its condition if you ever decide to sell.

For gift-givers, the set is ready to present as is, thanks to the attractive packaging. But if the recipient is a serious collector, they might prefer to unbox and display the figures individually. Consider the recipient's preference before deciding.

Decision Rules for Buying the PRIDE Stache Labbit 5-Pack

• For Collectors: If you collect Labbit art toys or themed sets, this 5-pack is a must-have due to its unique rainbow colorway and PRIDE theme. It's an affordable way to expand your collection. Check if you already have a PRIDE-themed Labbit to avoid duplicates.
• For Gift-Givers: The PRIDE window box makes it a ready-to-gift item for PRIDE month or any celebration of LGBTQ+ pride. The set is suitable for both new and seasoned Labbit fans. Consider pairing with a PRIDE-themed card or accessory for a complete gift.
• For Budget-Conscious Buyers: At USD 12.39 (down from USD 19.99), this set offers five figures at a great price per piece. It's an economical way to start or grow a Labbit collection. Compare prices with other Labbit sets to ensure you're getting the best value.
